EVENT ACCESS: When you register for the PMN Winter Hybrid Convergence as "IN PERSON", you receive lunch and dinner, and you receive a name tag and registration packet when you arrive at the door at The People's Forum. Additionally, you receive access to Zoom Meeting info and recordings of the Zoom-only program, which is happening simultaneously on Saturday. There are also Zoom-only events on both Friday and Sunday.
VIRTUAL ROUND ROBIN, FRIDAY: IN-PERSON Registrations are welcome to to perform via Zoom in the Virtual Round Robin @PMN Winter Convergence on Friday night. To do so, you must register for your Round Robin performance slot using this form.
IN PERSON SATURDAY NIGHT COLLABORATIVE CONCERT: In-person registrants are also invited to perform in the Saturday Night Collaborative Concert. Priority will be given to new members, participating ensembles, and collaborative performances that come out of the participatory workshops taking place at TPF during the morning and afternoon.
REGISTRATION POLICY: PMN aims to keep gatherings accessible to all while sustaining the organization financially. Please register ahead of time to give us accurate meal counts for our caterer. Payment at the time of registration is preferable. However, you may also pre-register online and create an invoice to be paid in person when you arrive at registration (check or cash) or by mail (check).

DISCOUNTS AND FINANCIAL AID:
Membership Discount: PMN members receive an $10 discount on the cost of registration.
Early-bird Discount: Registrations received by Sunday, February 5, 2023 at 11:59 PM, receive a $5 discount.
Financial Aid: We don’t turn anyone away for lack of funds. If you can’t afford to pay the "low-income rate", please contact <pmn@peoplesmusic.org> to request a cost reduction. Please state what you can afford. PMN incurs a direct cost of $50 per person to cover food, rent, and printing for the convergence. This doesn't include indirect costs for year-round operations.
The Matt Jones Scholarship Fund (MJSF): This Fund fosters a multi-racial and inter-generational artistic and political community at PMN by providing registration and partial travel stipends to young people and people of color. Scholarship applicants may request up to $50 in travel stipends (on a reimbursement basis) by contacting Ben Grosscup at scholarships@peoplesmusic.org. To access the scholarship on the registration form, select option "5. Financial Aid/Scholarship/Special" and enter the registration code, "convergence" . On the form, you can still pay part of the fee. Pay nothing for a full scholarship. (Click here for more info about MJSF).
