WHY THIS EVENT PAGE? When we first announced the 2024 PMN Winter Convergence, we only planned a one-day in-person event on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at The People’s Forum (TPF), 320 W 37th St, New York, NY (Between 8th & 9th Ave.).
Then, we added an additional Sunday Event to the program late in the process. To help cover costs involved in running the event and to get an idea of how many people are coming, we created another event sign up form just for Sunday. You can register for Sunday online or in person. As always, the sliding scale is designed to make it accessible to participate in easily.

REGISTRATION POLICY: PMN aims to keep gatherings accessible to all while sustaining the organization financially. Please register ahead of time to give us accurate meal counts for our caterer. Payment at the time of registration is preferable. However, you may also pre-register online and create an invoice to be paid in person when you arrive at registration (check or cash) or by mail (check).

Volunteer Shifts: There are a number of areas where we need volunteer help, including set up and clean up. We will have sign up sheets for volunteer opportunities at the registration table.

DISCOUNTS AND FINANCIAL AID:
Financial Aid: We don’t turn anyone away for lack of funds. If you can’t afford to pay the "low-income rate", please contact <pmn@peoplesmusic.org> to request a cost reduction. Please state what you can afford. PMN incurs a direct cost of $20 per person to cover food for this event.
